As title: What's the utility of maunal save? If I use a manual save I start again from last checkpoint. So, manual save is uselsess? Thanks in advance

Essentially, yes, the manual saves your game from your last checkpoint.

The manual save is there right now in the event you want to go back to a certain point in the game and you've filled up your checkpoints.
