I traded for South park on steam http://gyazo.com/7648dbcf35f4b8cb991e8bbc1de034e4 there's the trade so its official and steam are not replying to my ticket they revoked the game for some reason and i traded 15 Dota 2 keys for it which cost 26.85 so steam have to give something back its under their polices the game is in my library http://gyazo.com/dab452a5d108e19b4c9775ee5603a484 but it says purchase and its on my profile like i own it

 

I'm pretty sure that is between you and Steam.  This is the developer's forum.  They don't have any control over your steam account.
