"More Popular Than John Lennon" Trophy Is Bugged and Won't Pop/Possible Abortion Scene Bug?

I've gotten every single friend in the game, however the trophy hasn't popped up at all. I'm not the only one who has also faced this, quite a few people on other sites have as well. When will this be patched?

 

Also, I'm not sure if this is an actual glitch but you may want to look over the Snuke Abortion in Mr Slave as well. You have to spin the left analog stick way too fast and I've actually damaged my analog stick because of it.
