I'm in a missions that you have to go and talk to the count of winnipeg in canada, i talk to the prince in Ottawa but i think i did not receive the letter from him. When i get to Winnipeg o talk to the count and he says random stuff about the dire bears, but does not give me persmission to kill them... i thin a have to start the gme all over, since i do not have a save game waaaaaaaaaaaaaay before this =/ , any sugestions or fixes?

We are currently looking into this issue.

Same bug for me. Very frustrating. I bought mine off PSN. The patch downloaded before I played.
