When i try to use the fart they just follow it and laugh.. Instead of activating a cut scene and teaching me stuff.. cant progress...

Make sure that you are very close to philip ( on the left) and dragonshot on him.  You should be right on top of him.  Then the sequence should begin.

Use dragonshout first, on the left one. Make sure it hits him.

Then they will say something about control or cuppping.

Then use your cup a spell.
