I don't know what's the problem but it keeps sending me back to the Customer information screen or the Place Ordere screen

 

 

I pledged the 35 dollar tier and the Order of Eternity bonus

 

NOTE: I changed my credit card between the pledge and now

 

Update: I managed to get the Order Of Eternity pledge via updating my order with the expansion pack but the main game doesn't appear in my profile page

 

UPDATE 2.0: Now the game does appear in on my order but there is a second unpaid order there as well, how do I remove it?

We just rebooted our payment center and the issue should be resolved.

 

Could you please attempt the process again and let me know the results?

There will be an update with the ability to cancel Open/Pending orders.
