Just installed disc 1 and 2. I did exit instead of play when it was finished (incase that was the cause). I came back and started up the game and it says I am not connected to internet or I my computer is blocking it. I turned off my firewall and still nothing. Any help?

Google for the 1.1 patch, it removes the registration requirement. Also, make sure to download the right patch. I accedentally installed the US patch on my Eu installation and it stopped the game from working at all. 

Got the game on Steam and ditched Bitdefender for Windows Defender. I notice that AP got two inbound private rules for the APLauncher.exe i.e. TCP & UDP, maybe setting up those will help.
