Skyrim keeps minimising

I have it on Steam. The same thing happened to Dishonored. It's weird, though, as it only minimises all the time early in the day. I've tried disabling the desktop composition and the check boxes on Steams in-game settings, but it hasn't helped. Task manager keeps showing 'dillhost.exe' as a program with a terminated status. Anyone know what that is and what is causing my game to constantly minimise earlier in the day?

It's stopped minimising, it was the visual themes doing it. But thanks anyway for all the replies.
