Khoonda Glitch

I am having a problem in Dantooine, I have reached the part where the mercenaries attack Khoonda but no matter what side of the battle I join it wont let the battle happen. The game puts me outside of Khoonda without any followers and doesn't let me inside any buildings, also the assault doesn't happen. Has anyone encountered this glitch? And if so could you offer any assistance on how to get around it? I just want to finish this game but it's not making it easy for me.

Do you use TSLRCM or TSLRP (since you're put outside, which doesn't happen in vanilla)

 

Other mods? Could very well be they conflict with the battle starting properly.
