I really hope that NPC in the world will acknowledge your race somewhat. It is stated that your character is not required to be of any particular race, cultural background, sex, class, moral outlook, personality, organization, etc, but i hope that your gameplay as a human will be a different experience from a elf. Certain NPCs might not be particularly fond of your race and because of this you might have some different dialog options or stuff like that, i just dont want stats to be the only thing that separates the races apart.

It was mentioned somewhere that your character would have both a race and culture, and that both would have an impact on how the world percieves you.
