Could you not make any of the fantasy races obvious stand-ins for real world cultures? It's really gross how in (for example) Dragon Age, it's medieval Europe but all the brown people are kossith and all the jews are elves, so only white people get to be human.

 

I'm not willing to offer any additional money for this since you should do it anyway.
