Won't start.

Got Dungeon Siege III over Steam some time ago, but when I try to start the game it crashes within a second. It says Dungeon Siege III has stopped working and looking at the problem details the event name says, APPCRASH. Here is the whole thing.

Been looking online and can't find one person who has this same problem. The whole changing U.S. English work around does not help. Any help would rock and will give any more info if needed. Specs below.
