I started a new game with Lucas and the game was running smoothly until i got to the first city were you talk to Katarina i get to the end of her talking and when she tells me she is going to take another route and meet me at where she tells me to go she walks out of the screen then she reappears in the centre of the screen and the final line she says stays on the bottom of the screen and she just stares at me and i can get out of talking with her i have left it for 2 hours and nothing changed

 

I have updated everything the game my graphics card literally everything that you can update

Thats really weird. Try to verify the game files/cache in steam.

I have it says its fine its one of the first things i tried
