Applying to everyone, including you. The big problem in non-twitch based games is that you can't have "insta-gib" effects in place, since then there's always an X% chance of you getting hit and being forced to reload. In a game where the player's skill is the deciding factor, the X% is not decided by a RNG. "McDonald's taste damn good.
