I'm looking for software that allows me to render multiple videos (not pictures) into a mosaic, much like this:

 

 

Can enyone help me with this?

And no Final Cut Pro, I don't have a Mac.

 

I'd pay for some good video software, but it'd need to be understandable for a noob.
