Pretty much, im at the part where you need to get into the exchange, ive done all "quests" to get into here. THe thing is, I killed the Three thugs AND destroyed the terminal...HOW DO I GET INTO THE EXCHANGE? :p Yea ima derp.

If you've done enough quests they should approach you instead of you busting in there. If they haven't, you've probably hit a bug. as far as I've heard, it's a pretty common bug too. Hope someone here can fix it.
