On my second play through (Katarina - normal), the "Lost in the Swamp" quest became bugged. The second group of lost soldiers become non-responsive (after the spiders etc. have been killed) and the quest does not move to the next stage. Probably only occurs occasionally but thought I just let people know if they stumble on it.
