We recently tried 2 player local coop on PC and had alot of fun doing so. Right away we wished that the game had support for 4 player local coop...

But then we begun to look at the online option. We had alot of fun with NWN and NWN2 back in the day. The problem is that among our friends there is one who only have a 360 and no PC, and another who only have PC and no 360.

Question is thus; if we bought DS3 for our machines, can we coop with eachother online using different machines? That is, can a 360 player and a PC player play in the same game?

Nope, you can't. The console makers won't allow it, maybe ever.

Perhaps PC/360 in the future if it was a Live game, but I don't see it happening soon.
