When I go near the cart it says "it isn't safe to unload the powder now"

 

I've already done all the quest, cleared the area and killed the Azunite Lieutenant but still doesn't work.

 

Is there any patch or links for this? I am playing on PC

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
