Question

Posted (edited)

I just can't see, I get a motion right at the edge of the screen and have no idea what happened. The camera is damn near on a top view at all times and I need to be able to see in front of me a whole hell of a lot better than I can now. Currently I just stare at the minimap to walk around b/c I just can't tell where I'm going with the dam near constant top view.

Also the keyboard and mouse controls are bad. I can use em, but I just can't get over not being able to see whats happening around me.

Please let me be able to zoom the camera out and lower it closer to my shoulder so I can see out in front of me.

P.S what happened to Dungeon Siege where you could specialize in any weapon/spell/armor. Now I feel like each char is forced into a simi certain role and forced to certain equipment.

You can tilt the camera a little bit (see the FAQ), you won't be able to see far into the distance or anything but certainly enough to tell where you are and where you are going. I don't think over-the-shoulder view will be implemented as the game does not have skyboxes.

Where is the FAQ, got a link? I can forum hunt if needed though. Also I just can't find a way to tilt that damn thing at all. Perhaps thats on the console only?

NM that FAQ is at the top sticky, how did I miss that I just don't know.
