I have no good ideas.

You may try to update visual C++. You may try and disable your anti-virus and test if that helps.

You have not a lot of ROM, but your RAM seems ok.

One potential issue may also be the graphic card driver, sometimes installing an older one helps for old games.

Sorry if that doesn' solve your issue.
