So I just got the pc version. I'm leaving Telos Academy for the first time. I get on the Ebon Hawk and it has the Handmaiden Cutscene. Then It cuts back and redoes the scene where you leave Peragus. Then I'm stuck. I can run around the Hawk and talk to everyone. But it says the Astrogation System is locked, so I can't leave. WTF?

Did you fight the handmaiden after having taken back your NPCs ? If yes, that may be the origin of your bug (and several other issues linked to Telos).

A load of a save before the fights should solve this if you either havoid the fights or fight before taking back your NPCs.

Otherwise, I can only propose to load before entering Telos and replay the whole academy.
