How can I kill Marburg?

I want to ask is it if I completed the following statements, I can kill Marburg?

 

(1)get 66% dossier or above on Marburg.

 

(2)get a -4 dislike on Marburg or under

 

(3)kill Al-Bara

 

(4)kill the gelato shop guy

 

(5)go to the west wing in the museum

 

It is good if anyone can help me to find out the answer.
