Each of the other 3 unlocks the 15 levels of their respective skills.

 

Does operative unlock the 15 levels of all skills? if not, what does it do ?

 

I stuck in the specialization screen waiting for a reply xD please guys.

If you select Operative, you get to choose which 3 skills you want to unlock yourself.

Configure browser push notifications
