Two days ago I bought Alpha Protocol. After first installation I couldn't activate again thanks to -703 error. I decided to reinstall Windows. After three reinstallations I installed AP again. Now I can't even activate the game because after clicking twice on APGame.exe I got "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002)" error. I tried to reinstall Physx, Microsoft Visual C++, I installed .net Framework 2.0 and still I can't play ;/

Make sure that alpha protocol isnt running already. I had an error like that, might not have been the same error, but I noticed that the game was running in the background but had not started, so I closed it down and started the game again and then it worked.

I also have the exact same problem. I have tried reinstalling .NET, Visual C++, i have upgraded all drivers and done all Windows Updates. No effect. Interestingly, i also have a Polish version of Windows XP and the only other people with the same problem i have found through Google were Poles. Perhaps there is some conflict with the localized version ?
