I guess I'm stuck? (possible spoiler)

Recommended Posts

Hey all, after beating the game a million times on the x-box I recently went out and bought the game on the PC to change things up a bit. Anyway...

I was on Telos Station, doing the quest where you need to rescue the restoration droid for either the Czerka Corp or the Ithorians (I chose the Ithorians). After beating the whole gang of bad guys, I forgot to escort the droid back, and instead started on the modified blaster quest line. Apparently at the end of the quest line, it takes place in the same hangar that the droid was in, so unless the droid is somewhere else, I have no idea how to finish the quest and get planet side because he is nowhere to be found. The hangar is empty. The quest status is still telling me to escort the droid back.

So my question is: Am I boned? It was so early in the game (5 hours played) that I really didn't bother creating multiple saves. Is there any way I can finish this thing up or will I have to go through Peragus again?

The finale of that quest takes place in Hangar 3.

The droid meet-and-greet took place in Hangar 2. It should still be there if not escorted yet.

Odd. Are you running any mods?

I ask because in the original vanilla KOTOR2 not even the 2 soldier that show up in Hangar 3 for the blaster sidequest get removed, so it's unlikely NPC's are just "cleared".

If not, could I suggest TSLCRM?

It fixes a lot of issues and restores a lot of cut content, to make KOTOR2 more complete.

I just tried this myself, and tied it to the "Masked Attacker". Which means it's a TSLCRM issue.

I'll patch it through to Zbyl and Stoney so it can be fixed in future versions...

This happened to me before!! When you did the part of the quest that concerns the prototype shield (in the ithorian docking bay storage room), the games CLEARS OUT the docking bay. I went back to the ithorian leader and talked to him, then went back, and the droid was there. I think i just got lucky, but you might try that as well.
