Locked door after completion of Nar Shaddaa

Never seen this one before: After completing the missions on Nar Shaddaa and having my discussions with Zez-Kai Ell (omitting spoilers), no matter which choice I make, the door for his little room is closed and locked! I can't select party members, open the door or anything.

 

Currently playing on xbox360. Has anyone else encountered this?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
