Is there a cheat that you can use to make it think that you completed the mission and give you whatever you were going to get?

 

No cheats at all. That I know of.

I actually have the workaround for this problem. However, Lando and I happen to go way back, so I don't want a battle to take place on Bespin. Sorry, I won't help you.

Um, have you taken the space orbiting the system? I know that the Zhan faction can shunt forces onto the ground without taking the space but I think in order to trigger the mission you need to hit the space above Bespin and take it before throwing your army (with all of your heroes) to attack.

Try the official forums or forums somewhat related to the game? Google your specific problem? Accept that something is wonky and either abandon the game or replay the campaign?
