What feat applies to blaster rifles; dueling or dual weapon? It uses 2 hands but is a single weapon, double-bladed lightsabers are obvious because they have the two weapon balanced in their info in-game.

Dueling / dual weapon feats are not for ranged weapons. The feats you need to take instead are "close combat".
