August 17, 200916 yr Hey there, I have been playing KOTOR II on my XP Machine, but then decided to upgrade to Windows 7. So I reinstalled KOTOR II and loaded up my save, I continued right up until the cutscene where your main character gets into the Basilisk, but after the cutscene it returns to the Main Menu. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've done a few Google searches now and can't find any information on this bug.
August 17, 200916 yr When I was running the game on Win 7, the only thing I had to do to get it running perfectly was make sure I set Windows XP SP3 compatibility mode. Cry 'Havoc' and let slip the dogs of War!
August 17, 200916 yr Author Still doesn't help. I've used the "Troubleshoot Compatibility" function, ran it as Administrator and still the problem occurs. Edited August 17, 200916 yr by Ollie
September 27, 200916 yr I also had this problem after the ebon hawk leaves nar shaddaa to go to any planet alhtough I don't have windows 7, only windows xp. The problem got fixed after starting a new game. I know, its disappointing how we have to start new games for small, unfixed bugs and glitches.
