Will there be English subtitles for Deaf/Hard of Hearing?

Hi, Looking forward to AP when released. However, I was wondering if this game will have full English subtitles so that Deaf/hard of Hearing players (like me) can play it? I know most RPG's have subtitles... Just wanted to see if anyone can confirm. I done a search of the forum but couldn't find an answer to the question.

There are subtitles for all the dialogue in the game, as far as I'm aware. There aren't enhanced subtitles for things like [Explosion] or [Helicopter Swoops By] like you see in some DVD subtitles for the hearing impaired, but all the dialogue is, at least, there in readable text.
