melee finesse works on light sabres?

I just noticed that weapon finesse melee seems to work with light sabres? I tried it on Kreia and Atton, and their AB with a sabre is equal to ranged weapons.

Yup. That is correct.

Finesse(melee): Vibroblades, unarmed, metallic stuff only.

Finesse(lightsabers): Lightsabers only.
