Hey there guys! I have installed and uninstalled KOTOR 2 many times without any problems and have compleated the game several times without any problems. However today I have tried to install it and when it asks me for the second disc I put it in and it then freezez, no error window pops up or anything like that, the window which says to insert the 2nd disc wont respond and I have to force quit to exit the setup. I have deleted everything in the previous install directories and I have tried running the setup directly thought the diks skiping the autorun. Yet it keeps freezing at the same place and I really dont know what to do anymore. any ideas?

Are your discs worn out? Maybe there is a manual way of installing the game...

Is there any other location, apart from the install directory, were there could be some remaining files from a previous uninstallation?

I just had a similar situation with my second disk during a reinstall yesterday. What I did to get around it was copy the entire contents of the second disk to a directory on one of my hard drives, then when the install prompted me for it, I just browsed for the directory and the install proceeded normally. I'm not sure if this is necessary, but I did name the directory identically to the disk volume name (KOTR2_2).
