HELP - Dreaded freeze (& Windows error) when loading

Hi All,

Recently purchased KotOR2.

My son and I each have a profile.

When he tries to load his, it freezes and then shuts down with the Windows error message.

I have loaded the patch for AMD, but it still happens.

I have been able to load mine and still play, while his crashes.

We are both on Pergasus and have both released Atton. He is a little farther than I am-Has clothing but no saber.

Are you playing on separate accounts as in log on accounts for your PC if so it could be due to the fact that he's not running the program as an administrator when you are (his account is trying to run the application from and through yours which XP and Vista doesn't like)

 

Or simply his save game has become corrupted which just happens I'm afraid this sounds more likely to be honest.
