Halifax Posted February 15, 2008 Posted February 15, 2008 I'm not sure if this is a tech support issue or not. The in-game sound for KOTOR 2 just seems a little...off to me. The background music is normal, but the sound effects are quite muted. For example, I barely hear the character footsteps when walking. Other sounds seem to be missing. Attacking with a melee weapon, or at least a vibroblade, produces no sound at all. Is this just a deficiency of KOTOR 2 or is there something wrong with my copy/system? Has anyone else had the same experience? The game is sort of eerily quiet.
Pidesco Posted February 15, 2008 Posted February 15, 2008 It probably is due to something wrong with your system. What sound settings are you using for KOTOR2? Halifax Posted February 15, 2008 Author Posted February 15, 2008 Hmm, nothing particularly strange in my settings. "No EAX" and "Force Software" is unchecked.
Pidesco Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 Check force software. Also, you could try fiddling around with the ingame volume settings.
