ok even if you play as, say a jedi sentinal, will your clothes still look like the jedi guardian's in the character select menu when you start a new game?

no. You start out whereing nothing but this weird outfit. its not kool at all. but ltr u get a mining uniform. u should have a jedi robe by the end of paragus
