Dungeons & Dragons Tactics?

Was at my local EB yesterday picking up Bioshock and noticed somebody in front of me buying this PSP game called D&D Tactics. Has anyone heard anything good/bad about this game? Anyone played it yet? I thought about picking it up but I just spent $75 on the Bioshock LE lol.

When I first heard of it; I got the feeling they were trying to find a way to milk more money out of the D&D license and just ignored its progress completely.
