Tale Posted August 6, 2007 Posted August 6, 2007 (edited) For those of you with Steam, the Steam Community Beta has started today. It's a community built around and integrated with Valve's Steam program. Just visit https://steamcommunity.com/ and log in with your Steam account information. For those of you worried about phishing, you can use http://community.steampowered.com/ a subdomain of Valve's official forums and it'll redirect you right back. Maybe someone can start up an Obsidian group. Also, post your Steam ID's! (the community page, not the unique steam ID number) To take full advantage of the Steam Community, go under settings in your Steam program, find beta participation, change and select Steam Community from the drop down. You'll restart, but it will integrate Steam Community into your Steam program as well as get the benefits of chatrooms and enhanced Friends. http://steamcommunity.com/id/Tale/ Edited August 6, 2007 by Tale "Show me a man who "plays fair" and I'll show you a very talented cheater."
Tale Posted August 7, 2007 Author Posted August 7, 2007 From what we can gather it's based on how many hours you've played the past week. "Show me a man who "plays fair" and I'll show you a very talented cheater."
Deraldin Posted August 7, 2007 Posted August 7, 2007 If Steam would just recognize my boxed version of the games...
Big Bottom Posted August 7, 2007 Posted August 7, 2007 http://steamcommunity.com/id/BigBottom How do we set up an Obsidian group? Btw you can buy just about the entire id back catalogue, from Commander Keen to Doom 3, for about $60...a pretty good deal if you ask me, or at least I thought so when I came in pissed the other day and ordered the whole lot. The best flash game ever!

Istima Loke Posted August 7, 2007 Posted August 7, 2007 Forsaken by the Fallen gods I don't know why I choose a nickname like that, especially for playing css... The best part about steam community is adding non-steam games to steam. I hated searching through the files to find the games and I never bothered to create a "games" folder because of that strange "games explorer" thingie vista has. I think therefore I am? Could be! Or is it really someone else Who only thinks he's me?
