Sounds pretty imba to me. I don't think any prestige class should be particularly stronger than a standard class. What exactly is the downside to this class to make up for these bonuses?

I have to agree, this class is way to powerful. I would drop the hit die to d6 and have spell progression on every even level.

id leave it as is myself except i'd raise the bab requirements to 9 or 8.

 

but really its just a class id use for filler levers after say taking 10 lvls of bladesinger, EK etc.... i think thats what its designer had in mind....
