This really hacked me off. 10 billion concentrated on trying to make London more attractive. We need improved services elsewhere in the country. Particularly in the midlands and northeast. But oh no, we get investment in London, Reading, and Brighton. Apparently aimed solely at boosting the ease of civil servants and overpaid london maniacs commuting.
