Restoring the jedi on dantooine

When you play on dantooine and you talk to the administrator woman she gives you a quest to restore the jedi's reputation on dantooine (i forget exactly what its called). My question is: how do you finish the quest. ive done everything i know on the planet that there is to do.

 

any help would be greatly appreciated.

its a bug and the quest can't be completed, "The Sith Lords Restoration Project" is fixing this
