I recently wanted to get back into WoW, so I threw in Disc 1. But for some reason, it freezes at texture.mpq when installing, so I downloaded the game client, but don't know how to install it. I tried to extract the files, but they won't, so is there a special way to install it from the game client?

I believe you should take this as sign of divine intervention and change your evil MMO ways.

I think you could probably download the free trial and use that. The game files are the same. Otherwise check the tech support forums at Blizzard, they are super active.

Everything's good, just had to extract it with download manager I used to download it with.
