Help with Whereami Armband.

Ok dont yell cuz im not all "uber haxorz" at computers or mods. I want to use this mod to open doors which there is cut content. Call me an explorer if you will. Well... I dont know how to activate the armband. If anyone can help I would be extremely thankful. Goodnight.
