Colrom Posted June 21, 2006 Posted June 21, 2006 Is it really right for you to use an Obsidian thread as a server for your PBEM games? As dark is the absence of light, so evil is the absence of good. If you would destroy evil, do good. Evil cannot be perfected. Thank God.
Llyranor Posted June 22, 2006 Posted June 22, 2006 Don't make him report us, jerk! PBEM.txt (Approved by Fio, so feel free to use it)
Colrom Posted June 22, 2006 Posted June 22, 2006 Don't you have email? As dark is the absence of light, so evil is the absence of good. If you would destroy evil, do good. Evil cannot be perfected. Thank God.
Colrom Posted June 22, 2006 Posted June 22, 2006 PS - I'm not complaining - just wondering. As dark is the absence of light, so evil is the absence of good. If you would destroy evil, do good. Evil cannot be perfected. Thank God.
alanschu Posted June 22, 2006 Author Posted June 22, 2006 I do. I assume he does. I think the plan is to also post some AARs afterwards.
Colrom Posted June 22, 2006 Posted June 22, 2006 Cool. As dark is the absence of light, so evil is the absence of good. If you would destroy evil, do good. Evil cannot be perfected. Thank God.
alanschu Posted June 22, 2006 Author Posted June 22, 2006 Cool indeed! I imagine that your screen is being littered with too much text about knocked out vehicles and eliminated squads too? That forest is going to be a meadow by the time we're done with it.
Llyranor Posted June 23, 2006 Posted June 23, 2006 (edited) Have you been taking screenshots? It's not like I've been, like, you know, preparing an AAR or anything, like, chill? PBEM.txt Edited June 23, 2006 by Llyranor (Approved by Fio, so feel free to use it)
alanschu Posted June 26, 2006 Author Posted June 26, 2006 I haven't been taking screenshots...but then I realized I could just go back and take some from the previous postings without too much difficulty.
baby arm Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 I'm reporting this to an admin. It is clearly a violation of Forum Code 1194a Subsection TYc. Besides, this forum space could be put to more productive use, such as discussing the fact that I'm unintentionally wearing Scooby Doo underwear and a Scooby Doo tshirt at the same time. Think about it.
Llyranor Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 The joke's on you, because I've reported YOU to an admin. PBEM.txt (Approved by Fio, so feel free to use it)
alanschu Posted June 27, 2006 Author Posted June 27, 2006 It's been a bloody battle Kommandant Llyranor.
Llyranor Posted June 28, 2006 Posted June 28, 2006 Don't you Kommandant me with your fancy words. PBEM.txt (Approved by Fio, so feel free to use it)
alanschu Posted June 29, 2006 Author Posted June 29, 2006 Okey Doke. I wonder if this one is going to carry on multiple turns. The fighting seems less intense at this point than it did last round.
Llyranor Posted July 1, 2006 Posted July 1, 2006 I have no idea. PBEM.txt (Approved by Fio, so feel free to use it)
Llyranor Posted July 3, 2006 Posted July 3, 2006 I'm pretty busy this week, what with the beginning of residency. I'll do it when I find the time. Not to mention it's the placement round of a new battle. You're going down, prettyboy. (Approved by Fio, so feel free to use it)
alanschu Posted July 4, 2006 Author Posted July 4, 2006 I can hardly wait for the waves of T-34s you're bound to get. Though I don't think they're technically available yet, timeline wise. It was funny, because one of my units identified one of your BT-7 tanks as a "T-34?" at one point. I was confused as to how the heck he would even know what a T-34 is! Next thing you know he'll be thinking the tanks are IS-2s or something silly.
Llyranor Posted July 31, 2006 Posted July 31, 2006 D: PBEM.txt (Approved by Fio, so feel free to use it)
alanschu Posted July 31, 2006 Author Posted July 31, 2006 I think I have since forgotten how to play this game. It's a unit placement phase is it not?
