Err, not sure if this is the place to put this, but can somebody tell me how to installmod's? The site says copy and paste files into override folder, but access is denied when i try to paste

Make an "Override" folder in your KotOR1 or KotOR2 files (depending on which the mod is for) then you usually get the mods in .rar format, you have have to get winrar and extract the files ( i do all of this in my documents) then when i have the mod file i just copy it (ctrl+c) then paste into the Override folder (ctrl+v) then i either use the KSE to spawn my item

I try to extract it into my override folder but it says

An error occured! Invalid game folder specified, dialing .tlk not found! (Gen-7)

What am i doing wrong?

perhaps try reinstalling kotor, i never got this error or maybe the mod file is corrupted

Dialing.TLK? Are you sure it doesn't say DIALOG.TLK?

If so check if you haven't gotten an altered dialog.tlk or if the mod you try is for an other version than your Kotor2 version (1.0a and 1.0b alter the TLK if I recall correct)
