It sounds a lot like Kreia. The Dragon uses some similiar lines too (which could be why I'm hearing her voice).

 

There are no VO credits in my manual so if anyone has played it and knows who it was, please do share.

I have to agree with Volourn.  Bioware is pretty much dead now.  Deals like this kills development studios.
