Has anybody else had this glitch

my first visit to planet ,manage first conversation then when I try to move it becomes very jerky as if the proccessor was to slow or something .

Tried different characters but same problem tried previous saves to see if it was a pc problem but they work fine it only seems to be with here any suggestions guys ?

ps. am up to date with latest official patches

Open SWkotor2.ini and find the [Graphical options] line. There, add at the end

 

Disable Vertex Buffer Objects=1
