Well, i've been gone for forever and descided to pick the game back up.

 

so... I'm 5 hours in, first meeting with Atris and I hop in the ship, cut sceen of atris telling some sister handmnaidens that 'handmaiden' has left with the exile, then it loads and all i get is a black screen.

 

now i've reloaded and retried this enoough times to know theres nothing i can really do, does anyone have any suggestions? or am i eternally screwed?

that happened to me also i have a x-box and all i did is when the screen went black i paused the pause screen came up it was there so i saved the game (the game screen was still balck but the pause screen was there) and turned off my x-box and then i loaded the game and all was well :D . if this doesn't work please PM me (private message me) there might be one more thing

That happened to me to.

Except I was somewhere else.

I saved the game right infront of the door.

I went in and after loading a black screen came up and did nothing.

Then I restarted KotOR II.

I loaded and went back in.

It worked.

I'm guessing that somehow some cinamatic file crashed or something.
