Before wasting my time trying to play the game for any extra dialogue, I want to know if it even exists. I read about it in some guidebook or something, but I have never heard anything else about it.

Yes. It exists. But it is quite buggy and hard to actually get... you have to be lucky

Not exactly worth working for it apparently, just some remarks on Atton's part about a female character if you are playing one .

Or a poem from Handmaiden if a male character

 

Oh, and Atton gives an explanation why he is in Kotor (gender: unknown, prob. both)

Atton's deal is supposedly for female exiles only, while Handmaiden's is obviously for male exiles only. I've never experienced either of these in game, though I did find Atton's line in the vo files.

All I got was Atton telling me he was supposed to be in the next Jedi Knight game, but was put into KOTOR II. I didnt notice any other changes

If you play a female character, Atton cracks one more line connected to a certain Skywalker...
