Ok after i get off Peragus and i have that talk with atton about me checking up on kreia after getting her hand cut off. His face is all white and cracked with yellow. Then i check their alignment and atton and T3 have tons of darkside points. This happens to everyone in my party but myself and Kriea,

Did you use cheats or KSE to change your and/or your companions atributes (strenght, wisdom, etc)?

Yes... it all seemed to start after i used the add lightside points one. But i have restarted my game all the way from the beggeining more the a dozen times and reinstalled twice.

And did you do it on those savegames also? It doesn't matter how many times you trey again, that glitch is universal.
